so, I depart friday... and I STILL haven't gotten it in my head... half my stuff packed... a suitcase in my living room... I've written a test on the language, been out with the people involved a bunch of times talked to relatives there, booked flights, my sister is already over there and still it hasn't fully hit me. I probably won't fully correlate the situation until I am in the plane seat going :| 2 months HUH? DAMN

Now, on to current events... I've been up to...
going out with my grandfather... rescuing a grackle, cute little baby too...
attempting to run into every friend I possibly can, to some degree there has been meritable success, that said I still haven't bought my mom a b-day gift... and that would be a smarter move than running into every friend.
I've been scrambling to get my life organized. plants to plant some at the cottage some seeds that will grow... wine to bottle... I bottled 1 carboy... whoopee... 6 or 7 more to go... organizing so i have pickers while i am away can't skip a season...
trying to organize school and other things upon my return...
fighting with my... now dieing computer...

lots more, but that is all I am willing to write, otherwise I might bore the world to death.
hopefully I'll see people when I return. Hopefully I can get my life in order then.

it has been a busy while I don't even notice time lapsing anymore. At this point, the only thing that helps me even calculate the change of time is the fact that certain meetngs are scheduled certain nights.
A month left in this country I am not sure if I am either excited, diminished in my excitement, distraught over departure, or bewildered when it comes to the language.
I am still awaiting news as to whether I am staying with family that none of us even knew existed (told there was none due to a volcano in the past, etc... apparently a screw up missed counting a whole generation... (of course... 52 people can go missing)

On other news, My scout troop has gone through a few minor altercations after a few brawls... between members and parents ... yes, I said parents, funny scene when you watch the head leader closing his eyes and counting to ten after a parent comes back from his house, dropping his kid off, to come argue. (I thought people would have more sense)

And on to another one...
MWRO I had to attend a big meeting, dealing with mwro since they have to move, and their old director, decided she'd try to stage a coup of the board... Interesting scene, she had her fly on the wall discovered, so they gave no details, and threw a party and divulged a vast amount of information involving all the things they have worked on in regards to their future homes, and we shall just say, they have a VERY promising future ahead in the next year.

Dealings with my grandfather are also going pretty good, since his little blow up where he attacked one of his homecare workers. Yes, I told everyone he is a little loony... I wasn't kidding, but yet, apparently, me taking him for a walk, then making him a dinner of shrimp, a chef style plate setup of cut fruits and cheeses and making him a dessert of apple cumble and icecream makes his day. (old people scare me)


So yes, I have a very relaxed life, always hoping to get out of the house...
I was out and saw the fuzz movie tonight, and it was ok, but could definitely have been better. Saw spiderman 3 the other day with rodney. which is definitely worth seeing... it is apparently on at the drive in on the 25th for those who seek to see it, I recommend you go then. (same weekend as pirates 3 comes out ;)

and as for me... overall lets just say I am relaxed and have too much spare time on my hands, may the days of my unemployed wasteful youth be filled with bliss for I am a bum... clearly, who wanders the streets in ever peril hoping to not be caught by the cops for my illegal mischief. so... a little over a month until I go away, ugh and I have to study icelandic till my eyes fall out of my head. was out with shanty and went to alex and jo's place to chill.
exams are over, I've been running myself stupid lately and it was great to get out after being around my grandfather and at scouts.
tomorrow is the birds most of the day aside from driving my sister to work, fri is ... a bunch of icelandic stuff all day, sat, more icelandic stuff, sunday church and checking out the auctions stuff, mon grandfather, then going to the auction... tues... *looks puzzled* probably more learning icelandic i hope... wed scouts and icelandic? i dunno it's all good and oddly enough it's fun.

summer has already started for me, and actually it has gone good in the last week.
I got to watch a flaming car at grant park, hang with quiet kyle meet franke's new beau and then go to tavern with chris. enjoyed the movies tonight out with rodney and dave martinez, went to ghost rider. $2.50 can't complain about paying that to get into a movie.

the last couple days have been busy but not exactly anything worth grumbling over :) for tis summer and oh god... I love the weather. I am sad to say I like the rain :P

been studying for my last exam woke up after having helped my sister get her JT tickets... and making it so that I will have an issue flipping ppl off... (knives hurt use guns)

so, last week of classes is here, exams start next week. and for those who don't know it's HELL but at least i won't be up at 6 am every 2nd day so, my mom and I went to the auctions last night as we like to do, and as usual we didn't leave empty handed. people really do sell stuff cheaper than they should. although I think us buying rocks threw a bunch of people off HAHA!

yay exams... and iceland, and money for going out for dinner? suddenly... not as much evil is afoot... for the stars have lined up on us, and made it a lot brighter... wait... that's kyle with a flashlight, sorry... it's not as white as josh's ass, but... ANYWAYS... still pondering what lively action i shall be up to in the next days, then i realised... who cares, i will be getting paid to take my grandfather places...
I will be paid to talk to him of politics, etc, and free dinner on top of it... seems my father and his siblings avoid him and don't know what to say... need someone with a car who can take him places, etc. and will pay me more than most jobs offer for it. muhahahaha

ANYWAYS... I must go get rdy for the exam tomorrow... 4 hours till i need to be awake... also onto stage 2 as to trip to iceland... awaiting responses but sounds like there is lots of chance/potential going... unless something drastic changes situations.
